09:51 - Aggressive dogs reported in Loyalton. Sometimes dog treats help. Dogs often prove to have a higher standard of character than many humans - let’s try some sweets and lots of love.

11:00 - Abandoned vehicle in Loyalton.

11:36 - Mental health crisis reported in Calpine.

13:20 - Injured deer in Loyalton dispatched by deputy.

Thursday, February 6

07:49 - Vehicle rollover near Marble Hot Springs, CHP and Plumas County responded.

09:55 - Sierra City Fire and propane company responding to utility problem in Sierra City.

10:51 - Confidential investigation transpiring in Downieville.

11:24 - Ambulance requested in Calpine.

12:09 - Caltrans notified - small mudslide south of Downieville. Roads need monitoring 24/7 - be careful out there folks!

15:35 - CHP notified of over-length semi with no changes around Sattley. Driver will be issued a citation. GOOD!

16:53 - One arrested in Verdi after domestic violence issue reported.

23:40 - Tree blocking road near Goodyears Bar. CHP and Caltrans notified. This is not the time of year to be in a rush to go anywhere on our roads. “About an hour afterwards Caltrans was able to remove the debris from roadway.”

Friday, February 7

04:41 - Sierra County Road Department on the scene in Goodyears Bar area removing a tree.

08:38 - “Report of a downed tree blocking the path to the Downieville Water plant.”

16:55 - Fish and Wildlife notified of reoccurring mountain lion sightings in Pike. Yikes!

17:57 - Accidental alarm activation in Calpine.

19:19 - Welfare check for one in Calpine ends on a good note.

19:21 - CHP notified of vehicle stuck in the mud near Susanville.

15:54 - “Dog at large returned home” in Loyalton. YAY!

18:26 - 911 hang-up in Loyalton. Resident lives in Plumas County and the agency is aware of the call. No response needed.

19:50 - Accidental 911 call in Loyalton.

21:10 - Multiple vehicles stuck around Highway 395. CHP and deputy on scene.
