14:14 - Bad check issue reported in Loyalton. Back in the day, I thought seeing my name on my own checks was a big deal! Now, I don’t own a checkbook, paying everything online or with cash. Can’t pay my Downieville water bill online, so I was overjoyed the day I learned Cindy at Sierra Hardware will collect these water payments! Appreciate the small things! Last month I had to show my eldest how to use the ATM - I doubt she will ever have a checkbook!
